错误来至JVM堆内存被大量占用造成的错误，在BEA调优的时候把commenv.cmd文件中关于sun和bea的占用内存设置过大。并且在startweblogic.cmd中的MEM_ARGS的设置位置不当引起的。
此问题被解决。

说是web application没有正确发布的原因，但是发布确实成功了啊！
除了这个还有其他原因吗？
